Our Why

KALIBRA is a tribe of optimisers who consider better wellbeing to be the result of seizing every day by the scruff of the neck and shaking it down for all the good it has to give.

We believe in finding ways to ensure all the data and tools at our disposal enable us to live a more adventurous, responsible and rewarding life.

Our philosophy is built on 6 interconnected human needs and we are motivated by helping people find the necessary balance in order to enhance their total wellbeing.


Our Approach

The What.
We want to be lean, energetic, strong, and resilient; to have great concentration, memory, and stamina. We recognise that to be and feel at our very best, we need to grow  physiologically, metabolically, intellectually and emotionally.

The How.
What are the key elements of wellbeing?  What should we ingest and avoid, how much and when? Can we quantify health? How long can we live?  What defines and controls ageing?  What do we need to do in order to function at our very best throughout a long and fulfilling life? Our purpose is to explore questions like these, and to find answers based on the understanding of our biology, physiology, and biochemistry.

The Who.
We don’t deal in half-ways. That is why we will never tell you what is happening with your body, mind or spirit without also giving you an actionable way to enhance it. At the end of the day it's all about YOU.

Making Lifelong Habits

We believe that what you do every day matters more than what you do every now and then. But habits aren’t formed overnight. They need constant practice and repetition is rarely inspiring. That is why, habit-by-habit, we aim to keep you motivated long enough, so that one day we won’t need to do so.
